Three and a half years after Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew were killed, the man accused in death they will eventually stand trial.
According to William Balfour trial will begin on April 9 and the testimony in the trial scheduled to begin on April 23.
Hudson’s estranged husband brother Balfour, Julia, and allegedly kill Darnell Donerson, 57; the Hudson Jason Hudson, 29; and Julian King, 7, on October 24, 2008. He charged the jury grand three things murder, aggravated kidnapping and home invasion and have pleaded not guilty. Lawyers argued that there was no forensic evidence linking the Balfour for murder and that he was “comfor” suspects.
The prosecution has said Balfour jealous that Julia Hudson dating others and went home to confront her. His mother, Michele Davis, has contended that Balfour Cubs dating three other women present and an uncertain jealousy issues.
