Correction: this article says the referee decided that there was no foul on BILLUPS at the end of the game, when they ruled he touched the ball last when it went out of the field. The rule States that if there is no foul was called, the referee did not call a foul by looking at the replay. So the Refs just decided that Billups touched it last. This author should know better, because he made a good living writing about the game of basketball. This will help to know the rules.
